The Citizen shops are one of the flagship initiatives in this area, consisting in the centralization of public and private services - of public interest - in a single space, bringing them closer to citizens and businesses. It is a constantly expanding network.

Equally important in the area of public service delivery are the ePortugal portal, which aggregates the services of the Entrepreneur's Desk; the Citizen Spots network; the Business Spots; and the Citizen Map, which gathers information on all public services available in Portugal.

AMA is also responsible for the training of all its employees and of all employees of the entities present in the network of Citizen Shops, Citizen Shops and Business Spots.
