Usability.gov.pt aggregates a ser of good practices in the field of User Experience, applying them to the development of websites and portals in the various areas of governance of the Public Administration.

 

The initiative provides code and design resources ready to reuse, to define a standard and promote consistency between the different online public services. 

 

Designed to facilitate and assist professionals working in the construction of websites, it is configured as a repository of usability best practices to be adopted in portals and sites of the Public Administration.

 

There are tools available for:

• Designers – manuals and visual elements;

• Developers – templates and code for reuse;

• Site managers/testers – usability checklists for site validation.
